Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Peeless Winsmith / General Electric DMP56ZPF4 / G-4099 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westwind parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yokogawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT80K4BM605HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D172403 manufactured by Westwind and we are pleased to be able to service most Westwind systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM1B015G1C2A4S20300202 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand C065H0815 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as CFM90LBRHRTFRH1LKK6 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C6T17FB2D made by Leeson as well as the popular CGP31TAB original spares produced by Modicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CatalogECP84107T4 by Baldor and CFM90LBRHRTFRH1LKK6 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CatCM7014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
